Pursuant to Section 53.5 of RA 9184 and its Revised IRR, the Bids and Awards Committee hereby cordially invites  PROVINCIAL GOVERNMENT OF CAMARINES SUR/VILLA DEL REY,  Cadlan, Pili, Camarines Sur  with known specific experience/contract by this agency for a conference for the purpose of negotiated contract pertaining for 70 pax Food and Accommodation during the 2nd Quarter Luzonwide Research for Agriculture and Fisheries RDE Business Meeting/ Workshop on July 11-14,2018 in Villa del Rey, Camarines Sur, the total approved budget for the contract in the amount of FOUR HUNDRED TWENTY THOUSAND PESOS (PHP420,000.00).

Therefore, to hasten the implementation of the project, PROVINCIAL GOVERNMENT OF CAMARINES SUR/VILLA DEL REY Cadlan, Pili, Camarines Sur is hereby requested to submit its BEST AND FINAL OFFER for the project not later than 9:00AM of July 6, 2018, and must be accompanied by the following documents, to wit:

  1. PEZA
  2. BIR Registration
  3. Bid offer

Opening of submitted BEST AND FINAL OFFER will be at 9:30 in the morning of 06 July 2018, DA Library, Research Quadrangle, DA RFO 5, San Agustin, Pili, Camarines Sur, this agency. All submitted documents must be in duplicate,
