Pursuant to Section 53.5 of RA 9184 and its Revised IRR, the Bids and Awards Committee hereby cordially invites PHILRICE BICOL PBDO, Batang, Ligao City, Albay with known specific experience/contract by this agency for a conference for the purpose of negotiated contract pertaining for 2,000 pcs Minus-One Element Technique (MOET) Kit and 2,000 pcs. Leaf Color Chart (LCC) under 2018 Rice Program the total approved budget for the contract in the amount of FOUR HUNDRED NINETY THOUSAND PESOS (PHP490, 000.00).
Therefore, to hasten the implementation of the project, PHILRICE BICOL PBDO, Batang, Ligao City, Albay is hereby requested to submit its BEST AND FINAL OFFER for the project not later than 1:00PM of June 11, 2018, and must be accompanied by the following documents, to wit:

Opening of submitted BEST AND FINAL OFFER will be at 1:30 in the afternoon of 11 June 2018, DA Library, Research Quadrangle, DA RFO 5, San Agustin, Pili, Camarines Sur, this agency. All submitted documents must be in duplicate,
