Pursuant to Section 53.5 of RA 9184 and its Revised IRR, the Bids and Awards Committee hereby cordially invites PHILRICE BICOL PBDO, Batang, Ligao City, Albay with known specific experience/contract by this agency for a conference for the purpose of negotiated contract pertaining for 243 bags of Palay Seeds under 2018 Rice Program the total approved budget for the contract in the amount of TWO HUNDRED EIGHTY THOUSAND PESOS (PHP280, 000.00).
Therefore, to hasten the implementation of the project, PHILRICE BICOL PBDO, Batang, Ligao City, Albay is hereby requested to submit its BEST AND FINAL OFFER for the project not later than 9:00AM of December 14, 2018, and must be accompanied by the following documents, to wit:
