In accordance with the issued invitation for Negotiated Contract, Toyota North EDSA, Nissan Camarines Sur, Caleb Motors Corporation, K Servico, and Motortrade are invited to attend during the scheduled pre-negotiation conference on August 31, 2018 at 9:00 in the morning.

During the conference, the Committee will appraise the suppliers of the nature of the project and the requirement for the responsibility of the project.

Therefore, to hasten the implementation of the project, said suppliers are hereby requested to submit its BEST AND FINAL OFFER for the project not later than 1:00 in the afternoon of September 3, 2018 and must be accompanied by the following documents which must be in duplicate copies sealed in an envelope, to wit:

• 2018 Mayor’s Permit
• PhilGEPS Registration Certificate
• NFCC or Credit Line Certificate
• Income/Business Tax Return
• Omnibus Sworn Statement

Opening of BEST AND FINAL OFFER will be at 1:30 in the afternoon at the DA Library, Research Building, DA-RFO 5, San Agustin, Pili, Camarines Sur.
