INVITATION FOR NEGOTIATED PROCUREMENT
UNDER EMERGENCY CASES
In view of the declaration of the damages brought by Tropical Depression Usman, the DA RFO –V Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) invites suppliers to participate in the Negotiated Procurement under Emergency Cases for the Projects enumerated below:

This is in accordance with Section 53.2 of the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 9184, otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act.”
An initial meeting for the negotiated procurement will be conducted on January 29, 2019, 9:30 in the morning at DA Library, DA RFO –V, San Agustin, Pili, Camarines Sur.
A complete eligibility and technical documents, as well as the Financial Requirements, shall be submitted on February 7, 2019, 9:30 in the morning at BAC Secretariat’s Office, DA RFO-V, San Agustin, Pili, Camarines Sur. Submission of the aforesaid documents must be in duplicate. Partial Bid is allowed.
As such, MORALEDA FARMS, Daet, Camarines Norte, DAGOOC FARMS Camarines Sur, JADECO FARMS , Masbate, and all other interested bidders are hereby requested to submit the following documents:
- Mayor’s Permit/ Business Permit
- Income/ Business Tax Return
- Omnibus Sworn Statement
The Department of Agriculture, Region 5 assumes no responsibility to compensate or indemnify bidders for any expenses incurred in the preparation of the bid.
