NOTICE OF CANCELLATION
2nd Invitation for (Lot 1) Meals and Accommodation for use during the conduct of Provincial Farmers Forum in Albay

The BAC was in receipt of letter from the Field Operation Division requesting to cancel the said procurement of the above named project. As per letter, the expenses for the said activity will now be shouldered by the Government of Albay and not by the Department of Agriculture, as such, pursuant to RA 9184 and the Revised IRR, the bidding for the above contract is declared CANCELLED.
The Secretariat is therefore directed to facilitate the posting of this Notice of Cancellation to PhilGEPS, DA Website and conspicuous places and inform all prospective bidders regarding this matter.
