In view of Circular 01-2019 regarding the clarification on the conduct of procurement activities in relation to the May 13, 2019 National and Local Elections in which procuring entities are prohibited from issuing a notice of award starting March 29, 2019 until May 12, 2019. Hence, please be advised that the scheduled considerations for award of the above-mentioned projects are hereby deferred.
The Secretariat is therefore directed to inform the prospective bidders without delay in the interest of service and post copy of this Notice to DA Website and bid bulletin board.
