- Certification Assistance (2 group with 2 scopes & 1 group with 1 scope) & (2 individuals with 1 scope & 1 individual with 2 scopes) for Organic Agriculture Entities/Farmers and Organic Input Producers

Pursuant to the bid opening conference held today, despite conduct of required publication and posting of the invitation to bid, this Committee received no bids for the above named contracts under requisition.
As such, pursuant to Section 35.1 (a) RA 9184 and the Revised IRR, the bidding for the above named contracts is hereby declared a FAILURE.
The Secretariat is therefore directed to return the said Purchase Request to end-user & post this bulletin to PhilGEPS and DA Website.
