2nd Invitation for the Supply and Delivery of Seven Thousand (7,000) pcs. Laminated Sacks
under 2019 SAAD Program

In view of the scheduled bid conference for the abovementioned project, only one (1) bidder was declared eligible. However, during the post-qualification evaluation, the bidder was found non-compliant with the submitted bidding documents. As such, pursuant to Section 35.1 (a) RA 9184 and the Revised IRR, the bidding for the above contract is hereby declared a FAILURE.
The Secretariat is therefore directed to continue with the procurement under Negotiated Procurement & post this bulletin to PhilGEPS and DA Website.
