2nd Invitation for the Supply & delivery of Training Supplies and Other Materials for use during the conduct of Training of Trainers on Climate Smart Farm Business School in Naga City under Rice Program

Pursuant to the bid opening conference held today, despite conduct of required publication and posting of the invitation to bid, this Committee received no bids for the above contracts under requisition.
As such, pursuant to Section 35.1 (a) RA 9184 and the Revised IRR, the bidding for the above contracts is hereby declared a FAILURE.
The Secretariat is therefore directed to return the said Purchase Request to end-user & post this bulletin to PhilGEPS and DA Website.
