NOTICE OF FAILURE
(2nd ITB for the Supply and delivery of Fifteen (15) units Palay Thresher under 2018 SAAD Program)

In view of the scheduled bid conference last April 27, 2018 for the abovementioned project, only one (1) bidder was declared eligible. However, during the post-qualification evaluation of the lone eligible bidder it was found out that there is no submitted AMTEC test report, hence, declaring post-disqualified. As such, pursuant to Section 35.1 (a) RA 9184 and the Revised IRR, the bidding for the above contract is hereby declared a FAILURE.
The Secretariat is therefore directed to facilitate the Negotiated Procurement due to Two-Failed bidding without delay in the interest of service.
