NOTICE OF FAILURE 
(Catering Services for the conduct of Assessment of Seed Security System in  Bicol Region)

Pursuant to the bid opening conference held today, despite conduct of required publication and posting of the invitation to bid, this Committee received no bids for the contract under requisition.

As such, pursuant to Section 35.1 (a) RA 9184 and the Revised IRR, the bidding for the above contract is hereby declared a FAILURE.

Let the BAC Secretariat as directed to post a copy of this Bulletin in the PhilGEPS, Agency website and bulletin board.
