NOTICE OF FAILURE

(Supply & delivery of Training Supplies and Other Materials for use during the conduct of Training of Trainers on Climate Smart Farm Business School in Naga City under Rice Program)

Pursuant to the bid opening conference held today, despite conduct of required publication and posting of the invitation to bid, only one (1) bidder submitted its bid proposal, however the offered amount of the bidder exceeded the ABC hence overbid, pursuant to Section 35.1 (a) RA 9184 and the Revised IRR, the bidding for the above contract is hereby declared a FAILURE.

The Secretariat is therefore directed to return the said Purchase Request to end-user & post this bulletin to PhilGEPS and DA Website.
