(SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF (LOT 1) TWO (2) UNITS GRINDER/PULVERIZER AND (LOT 2) OFFICE EQUIPMENT FOR USE IN THE IMPLEMENTATION OF ORGANIC AGRICULTURE PROGRAM)

In view of the scheduled bid conference today, no bid was received for Lot 1- 2 units Grinder/Pulverizer, while there were bidders for Lot 2, as such, pursuant to Section 35.1 (a) RA 9184 and the Revised IRR, the bidding for the above contract is hereby declared partial FAILURE.
The Secretariat is therefore directed to facilitate the second bidding for Lot 1- 2 units Grinder/Pulverizer without delay in the interest of service.
