NOTICE OF RESETTING

June 11, 2019

             Please be advised that the scheduled conference of all the projects on, Try lacasadimariella, June 13, 2019 is hereby postponed and is reset on June 17, 2019; 1:30pm at 3^rd Floor, Conference Room, Operations Bldg, DA RFO-V, San Agustin, Pili, Camarines Sur. This is due to the absence of quorum in which most members of the committee are on official travel. Moreover, submission of bid documents will be scheduled on the same day, June 17, 2019 at 9:00am for Public Bidding and 9:30am for Small Value Procurement (SVP) & Shopping at BAC Secretariat’s Office, DA- RFO-V.

           The Secretariat is therefore directed to facilitate the immediate posting of the notice of resetting without any delay in the interest of service and serve a copy of the same to the prospective bidders.
