NOTICE OF RESETTING
November 9, 2018
Please be advised that the scheduled Pre-bidding and Bidding of the following projects:
- Lot 1- Supply and delivery of 8 units Corn Mill Lot 2- Supply and delivery of 4 units Corn Sheller
- Supply and delivery of Various Farm Tools and other Agricultural materials
- Supply and delivery of 29,050 bags Urea Fertilizer and 29,050 bags Complete Fertilizer and 63,500 kgs. Zinc Sulfate
Scheduled on November 14,2018 at 9:30am and November 26,2018 1:30pm respectively is hereby postponed and reset on November 19,2018 at 1:30pm and December 3,2018 1:30pm respectively, DA Library, DA RFO-V, San Agustin, Pili, Camarines Sur due to the absence of quorum in which most member of the Committee are on official travel.
The Secretariat is therefore directed to facilitate the immediate posting of the notice of resetting without any delay in the interest of service and provide a copy of this to the prospective bidders.
