The Contract Agreement between The Department of Agriculture Regional Office No. 5 and RIGHT AGRI DEVELOPMENT INC, was executed on December 3,2020 the Notice to Proceed (NTP) was made on December 7,2020; The original amount of the contract was Thirty-Seven Million Four Hundred Ninety-Two Thousand Five Hundred Pesos Only (₱37,492,500.00).
