NOTICE TO CONDUCT REPEAT ORDER

The Department of Agriculture Regional Office No.5 through BAC Resolution No. 1602-932 is conducting a Repeat Order for the Procurement of Five (5) units Mechanical Rice Transplanter under 2018 Rice Program that was awarded to Aims Agri-Ventures, Inc. with office Address at CBS Bldg., Zone 6, Diversion Rd. Tabuco, Naga City.  The Contract Agreement between The Department of Agriculture Regional Office No. 5 and Aims Agri-Ventures was executed on March 20, 2018. The Notice to Proceed (NTP) was made on April 2, 2018: The original amount of the contract was Sixteen Million Nine Hundred Seventy-Five Thousand Pesos (Php16, 975,000.00).

The Repeat Order shall be:

Bid must be received by BAC Secretariat not later than 9:30 in the morning of June 27, 2018 at DA RFO-V, San Agustin, Pili, Camarines Sur. Opening of proposal will be on the same date and time.

The repeat order for the previous contract shall be governed by the RA 9184 and its Implementing rules and Regulations.

The Department of Agriculture, Region 5 shall in no case be held responsible or liable for any and all costs associated in the implementation of the Repeat Order of its result
