NOTICE OF RESETTING

Supply and Delivery of Lot 1 –Office Supplies, Lot 2 –ICT Office Supplies, Lot 3 –Technical & Scientific Supplies and Lot 4 –Office Equipment under 2019 Rice Program

           Please be advised that the scheduled pre-bidding conference for the above –named project on June 20, 2019 at 9:30am is hereby postponed and is reset on June 25, 2019; 9:30am at 3rd Floor, Training Hall, Operations Bldg, DA RFO-V, San Agustin, Pili, Camarines Sur. This is due to the absence of quorum in which most members of the committee are on official travel. Moreover, submission of bid documents will be rescheduled on July 9, 2019; 9:00am at BAC Secretariat’s Office and bid opening will be on the same day, 9:30 am at 3rd Floor, Training Hall, Operations Bldg, DA RFO-V, San Agustin, Pili, Camarines Sur.

           The Secretariat is therefore directed to facilitate the immediate posting of the notice of resetting without any delay in the interest of service and serve a copy of the same to the prospective bidders.
