The Department of Agriculture – Regional Field Office No. V (DA-RFO V), San Agustin, Pili, Camarines Sur is inviting interested suppliers to submit complete bid proposal for the

Supply of Labor and Materials for the Fleet Maintenance (all Motor Vehicles) of DA-RFO-5 which cover the following scope of work

1.    Conduct Preventive Maintenance (Change oil, tune-ups, etc)

2.    Repair and replacement of Worn-out parts of the ff:

a.    Power train unit (Engine, Transmission, Propeller, Differential)

b.    Electrical System

c.    Steering System

d.    Brake System

e.    Air-conditioning system

f.     Clutch

g.    Under Chassis/Suspension System

h.    Cooling System

3.    Other Related Automotive Works not mentioned above as may be requested

Note: The supplier must have a Three Star or above DTI accreditation for automotive servicing

The agency intends to apply the amount of Five Hundred Pesos Only (Php 500,000.00) as the Approved Budget for the Contract.

 As per approved Purchase Request and considering the nature of requisition being not more than One Million Pesos (Php1,000,000.00) and in order to fast-track the implementation of the program, this procurement is facilitated thru Negotiated Procurement – Small Value Procurement under Section 53.9 of RA 9184 and its Revised IRR.

As such, F1 ALLIANCE CAR CENTER, C. BROS, LISAM & LASS AUTOMOTIVE, all in Naga City, and any other interested suppliers are hereby requested to submit the following documents:

  1. Income Tax Return
  2. BIR Registration
  3. Mayor’s Permit
  4. PhilGEPS Registration
  5. Omnibus Sworn Statement
  6. DTI Registration or SEC Registration

The bidders are required to pay Five Hundred Pesos (Php 500.00) for bid documents to the Cashier’s Office, DA-RFO V, San Agustin, Pili, Camarines Sur.  All submitted documents must be in duplicate, otherwise, bids will be automatically rejected on the ground of non-compliance with the prescribed bid requirements.

Sealed Bid must be received by BAC Secretariat, DA-RFO V not later than 9:30 in the afternoon of January 23, 2019 at BAC Secretariat Office DA-RFO V, San Agustin, Pili, Camarines Sur. Opening of proposal will be on the same date and time.
