NOTICE TO CONDUCT REPEAT ORDER
The Department of Agriculture, Regional Office No. 5 through BAC Resolution No. 1765-897 is procuring an additional assorted vegetable seeds for distribution to farmer beneficiaries under 2018 HVCDP typhoon Urduja & Vinta through Repeat Order from the original procurement of assorted vegetables seeds which was awarded to RAMGO INTERNATIONAL CORPORATION with office address at #540 RGC Compound, Jenny’s Avenue Maybunga, Pasig City. The Contract was executed in December 13, 2018, thereafter Notice to Proceed (NTP) was issued on December 14, 2018. The original amount of the contract was Three Million Five Hundred Twenty Nine Thousand Eight Hundred Seventy Seven Pesos & Seventy Five Centavos (Php. 3,529,877.75).

The Repeat Order for the previous contract shall be governed by the RA 9184 and its Implementing Rules and Regulations.
The Department of Agriculture Region 5 shall in no case be held responsible or liable for any and all costs associated in the implementation of the Repeat Order of its result.
