PICC, MANILA. The Municipality of San Jose, Camarines Sur was hailed as Outstanding Municipality and received P1 Million in the recently concluded Rice Achievers Awards awarding ceremony in this city on May 30, 2019.

Meanwhile, the Kuta Pawa Small Water Irrigation System (SWISA) Association Inc of Sorsogon was awarded as Outstanding SWISA and received P500,000.

Special recognition were awarded to the Provinces of Sorsogon and Camarines Norte for Provincial Category and Maulawin SWISA, Inc. of Camarines Norte for SWISA category.

Senator Cynthia Villar and DA Undersecretary for Field Operations Ariel Cayanan led the awarding ceremonies.
