SUPPLEMENTAL/BID BULLETIN NO. 1

 This Bid Bulletin No. 1 dated September 12, 2018 for the Project “Supply and Delivery of Chemical and Filtering Supplies for ILD” is issued to clarify, modify of amend items in the Bidding Documents. Accordingly, this shall form an integral part of the said Documents.

The items to be procured, as indicated in the issued Bidding Documents, should have been composed of two (2) lots – LOT 1 for chemical and filtering supplies, and LOT 2 for insecticides and rodenticides. However, LOT 2 was inadvertently omitted during the preparation of the bid docs. Yet, the amount of the total Allotted Budget for the Contract (ABC) covers the cost for the two (2) aforesaid lots.

Therefore, the following items under LOT 2 shall be included in the items to be bid and shall be considered by the prospective bidders in the preparation of their respective bid offers, to wit:
