REQUEST TO SUBMIT QUOTATION FOR VAN RENTAL FOR USE DURING THE CONDUCT OF WORKSHOP ON THE PRESENTATION OF THE DRAFT REGIONAL AGRICULTURE AND FISHERIES MODERNIZATION PLANS (RAFMPS) ON AUGUST 6-10, 2018 AT APPROVED BUDGET FOR THE CONTRACT AMOUNTING TO EIGHTY FOUR THOUSAND PESOS (PHP 84,000.00) PURSUANT TO ALTERNATIVE METHOD OF PROCUREMENT SPECIFICALLY NEGOTIATED PROCUREMENT-SHOPPING UNDER SECTION 52.1 UNDER RA 9184 AND ITS REVISED IRR.
The Department of Agriculture Regional Field Unit No. 5 (DA RFO 5), San Agustin, Pili, Camarines Sur is inviting interested suppliers to submit complete bid quotation for Van Rental for use during the conduct of Workshop on the Presentation of the Draft Regional Agriculture and Fisheries Modernization Plans (RAFMPS) on August 6-10, 2018 . The agency intends to apply the amount of Eighty Four Thousand Pesos (PHP84,000.00) as the Approved Budget for the Contract.
As per approved Purchase Request and considering the nature of requisition being not more than Two Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php200,000.00) and in order to fast-track the implementation of the program, this procurement is facilitated thru Negotiated Procurement-Shopping under Section 52.1 of RA 9184 and its Revised IRR.
As such,DIOSA KOBI TRAVEL AND TOURS, San Agustin Pili, Camarines Sur; BENMAR TRANSPORT EXPRESS, Ibarra Street, Sagmin, Legazpi City, and TIERRRA DE IBALON, Ninoy Aquino Avenue Triangulo, Naga City ; are hereby requested to submit the following documents:
- Mayor’s Permit
- Philgeps Registration
- BIR Registration
The bidders are required to pay Php500.00 for bid documents to the Cashier’s Office, DA RFO-5, Pili, Camarines Sur. All submitted documents must be in duplicate, otherwise, bids will be automatically rejected on the ground of non-compliance with the prescribed bid requirements.
Sealed Bid must be received by BAC Secretariat, DA RFO 5 not later than 9:30 in the Morning of 25 July 2018 at DA Library, Research Building, DA RFO-V, Pili, Camarines Sur. Opening of quotation will be on the same date and time.
