REQUEST TO SUBMIT QUOTATION FOR VAN RENTAL FOR THE CONDUCT OF VARIOUS SITE INSPECTION, ENTERPRISE DEVELOPMENT ACTIVITIES, AND ATTENDANCE TO LOCAL AND CLUSTER ACTIVITIES OF RPCO PERSONNEL FOR THE IMPLEMENTATION OF PHILIPPINE RURAL DEVELOPMENT PROJECT (PRDP) AT ESTIMATED PROJECT COST AMOUNTING TO ONE HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (PHP100,000.00)
The Philippine Rural Development Project thru the Department of Agriculture Regional Field Office No. 5 (DA RFO 5), San Agustin, Pili, Camarines Sur is inviting interested suppliers/dealers to submit Quotation for Van Rental for the Conduct of Various Site Inspection, Enterprise Development Activities, and Attendance to Local and Cluster Activities of RPCO Personnel for the Implementation of Philippine Rural Development Project (PRDP). The Project intends to apply the amount of One Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php100, 000.00) as the Estimated Project Cost.
As such, BENMAR TRANSPORT, Legazpi City; DIOSA KOBI TRAVEL AND TOURS, San Agustin, Palestina, Pili, KAILAQUI TRAVEL & TOURS, Naga City, and CRISAN TELECOM & ALLIED SERVICES, Marupit, Camaligan, Camarines Sur are hereby requested to submit quotation with the following requirements and payment of P500 for bid documents:
- Philgeps Registration (Platinum)
- Mayor’s Permit
- DTI or SEC Registration
- Tax Clearance Certificate (for bidding purposes)
- Omnibus Sworn Statement
- Bid Proposal
Sealed Bid must be received by BAC Secretariat, DA RFO 5 not later than 1:30 in the afternoon of 28 May 2018 at DA Library, DA RFO-V, Camarines Sur. Opening of quotation will be on the same date and time. All submitted documents must be in duplicate otherwise, bids will be automatically rejected on the ground of non-compliance with prescribed bid requirement.
