DA Bicol received a Certificate of Recognition for its Outstanding Overall Performance garnering the Rank 1 among all DA Regional Field Offices (RFOs) in the Philippines in terms of physical, financial and operations rating for the first quarter of CY 2023.
DA Senior Undersecretary Domingo F. Panganiban and Assistant Secretary for Operations Engr. Arnel V. Mesa presented the certificates of award to DA Bicol Regional Executive Director Rodel P. Tornilla and RTD for Operations Luz R. Marcelino during the Operations Management Group Meeting at Tacloban City on April 20, 2023.
DA Bicol also received a Certificate of Recognition for its Exemplary Physical Performance for the first quarter of CY 2023.
From rank 5 last year, the DA Bicol jumped to the top this year. This is the first time that the DA RFO 5 got the highest overall rating (91.08%) in physical and financial accomplishments among all regions in a performance evaluation. At the end of every quarter, all RFOs are being evaluated and rated based on their financial and physical accomplishments of targets under the General Appropriations Act (GAA).
