The Integrated National Swine Production Initiatives for Recovery and Expansion (INSPIRE) Program of the Livestock and Poultry Program of DA RFO5 inaugurated 15 sites for the establishment of climate-controlled biosecurity swine facility February this year.

The beneficiaries for this program are Farmers Cooperative and Associations (FCAs) from Camarines Sur assisted by the Bikolanas Agriculture Cooperative and Oragon Farmers Cooperative that serves as their big brother.

Among the beneficiaries are: Antipolo Farmers Agriculture Cooperative, Ka-Agripreneur Agriculture Cooperative, Mabukug Farmers Association Inc., San Andres Coconut Farmers Agriculture Cooperative and Bikolanas Agriculture Cooperative from Iriga City, Cmarines Sur; Higus Agriculture Cooperative from Balatan, Camarines Sur; Bahi Farmers and Fisherfolks Organization (BAFFO), San Vicente-Gabaw Farmer Irrigators Association Inc., Toytoy-Pambuhan-Canlong Farmers Organization (TOPACAFO) from Garchitorena, Camarines Sur; Brgy. Dolorosa Guild of Farmers Incorporated and San Roque Sagumay Farmers Agriculture Cooperative from Nabua; Buhi Diversified Farmers Agrarian Beneficiaries Cooperative (BDFARBCO) of Buhi, Camarines Sur; Tigaon Hogs O.R.I.G (ORGANIZED RAISERS INTEGRATED GROUPS) of Tigaon, Camarines Sur; Sipocot Council of Women (SCW), Inc. and Sipocot Farmers and Fisherfolks Agriculture Cooperative (SIFFACO) of Sipocot, Camarines Sur.

These projects were made possible through the transfer of fund of the Community-Based Swine Production thru Clustering & Consolidation from Region 2 amounting to ₱ 126.5M for 23 FCA beneficiaries.
