Agriculture Secretary William Dar awarded plaques of recognition to the top performing Regional Field Offices (RFOs) of the Department of Agriculture (DA) during the first day of the Management Committee Meeting on November 23, 2021.

DA Bicol Regional Executive Director Rodel P. Tornilla received the plaque of recognition for the DA RFO 5 for its Outstanding Overall Performance (Rank 4) among all regions in the 3rd quarter 2021 evaluation.
